Hayley has spent more than 15 years in the health and fitness industry both as a practitioner and educator. She started her career as a personal trainer in Geelong, moving to London where she spent three years working for the prestigious Peak Health Fitness Club.
Hayley completed her Bachelor of Health Science degree, majoring in Musculoskeletal Therapy through the Endeavour College of Natural Health in Melbourne. As part of her clinical placements, Hayley was placed at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre and the Alfred Hospital. Both of these placements provided Hayley with exposure to a range of pre and post operative conditions, where Hayley was involved in formulating and executing treatment plans in the cardiothoracic ward and spinal injury unit, alongside hospital Physiotherapists and associated medical teams.
Hayley has had clinical experience within a multidisciplinary setting in Geelong, as well as working with elite athletes such as cyclists, football players, soccer players and hockey players.
Hayley's passion for helping others is extended to lecturing at the Victorian Fitness Academy where she currently lectures the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and also the Certificate III, IV and Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage.
