WHY MST?

Musculoskeletal Therapy (MST) is a branch of manual medicine which focuses on the treatment and management of Musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
MST involves an extensive physical evaluation and an integrated therapeutic approach in the treatment of affected muscles, joints and nerves.  It uses standard methods of assessment such as postural evaluation, neurological and functional testing to identify the source of musculoskeletal pain and associated dysfunction.
MST can aid in the recovery, prevention and maintenance of injuries, by assisting the
healing process and reducing pain and stiffness.

Assessment will include checking for the ease and fluidity of movement at joints and palpating the muscles and joints for any indication of irregularities such as muscle contracture, inflammation or joint restriction. It may also include orthopedic, functional and postural tests to evaluate your condition.
